Arcadia Yachts to showcase two flagships at the 61st Genoa International Boat Show

3 August 2021

The A85 and the Sherpa60. Arcadia Yachts will be taking part in the 61st Genoa International Boat Show with two yachts representing their shipbuilding philosophy, which can be summarised with: “the joy of sailing encompasses those able to rediscover a closer affinity with the sea”.

Both offering a direct connection with the sea thanks to vast open spaces and glass borders which allow passengers to experience environments where they are immersed in nature, the A85 (28.91 metres), with which Arcadia Yachts made its debut onto the yachting scene, and the Sherpa60 (18.67 metres) combine innovative engineering solutions with artisanal know-how, while always placing the owner at the centre of every construction decision.

The A85, with lines that have earned this model numerous international awards, features a living area on the main deck that stretches over an impressive 100 square metres, three guest cabins and an owner’s suite measuring 35 square metres on the lower deck. Running on two 800 Hp Man engines, the A85 can reach a top speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 14.

Having won its debut at the World Yachts Trophies in the “Most innovative yacht – 50-80’” category, the Sherpa60 model has collected awards and sales over the years in part thanks to the 50 square metres of the “pieds dans l’eau cockpit surface area, to the stowage area below the main deck for tenders and toys, and to the possibility of customising the cabin with an owner’s cabin version or an owner’s cabin and double cabin layout. Running on two Volvo Penta IPS 600s the Sherpa60 reaches 19.5 knots.
