Amsterdam’s METSTRADE, the international boat show dedicated to operators from across the components and boating equipment segment of the yachting industry, will open its doors on Tuesday 15th November and close on 17th November.
The Italian Marine Industry Association will be taking part in the world-class event alongside a delegation of Italian businesses, organised in partnership with the Italian Trade Agency to support business development and networking opportunities for Italian industry operators, who will be using the Netherlands’ global showcase to promote their products, bearing the Made in Italy brand of Italian excellence.
“The equipment and components segment of the Italian yachting industry plays a crucial role throughout the global market, driven by the highest standards of quality and technology and highly appreciated worldwide,” stated Saverio Cecchi, President of the Italian Marine Industry Association. “Italy is the global market leader in the components and equipment sector, with a total turnover of roughly €1.57 billion in 2021, a +33.4% rise compared to 2020“.
