Fabiani Yachts focuses on photovoltaics with their brand new 62 ‘Hybrid

An entirely retractable photovoltaic park of 105 square meters. This is what makes up the “heart” of the 62 ‘Hybrid, a brand new design that Fabiani Yachts will be presenting to the world at this year’s 62^nd Genoa International Boat Show.

19.25 metres long, which become 20.85 metres with the stern platform fully extended, the 62′ Hybrid with its 6.19 metres in width offers the largest spaces in its category allowing for three double cabins for guests and two cabins for the crew.

In addition, on the main deck the 62′ Hybrid offers a large living area with a dining area in the bow and a sundeck on the flybridge. Also on the flybridge is the retractable photovoltaic park, patented by Fabiani Yachts, and inserted in the double layer of the floor, which allows you to sail at 6-4 knots for 9-8 hours with two 75kW Siemens electric motors.

The second original aspect of the 62′ Hybrid is the stern platform which can become a small beach area, gangway, travel lift and can go down to 1 meter underwater.
