CMC Marine, a leading company in the field of stabilisation for yachts and superyachts, has announced the signing of a strategic partnership with Gyro Marine, a benchmark brand in the field of gyroscopic technology designed for boats.
CMC Marine was established in 2005 and now boasts thousands of electric stabilisation systems installed worldwide and its growth has brought it to a current turnover of 35 million Euros.
Gyro Marine is active in the design and implementation of complex engineering projects, including large gyroscopes for the international marine industry as a whole.
“Stabilising fins and gyroscopes are two systems that can work together,” commented Alessandro Cappiello, CEO and founder of CMC Marine (pictured), “rather they offer the possibility to optimally integrate stabilisation both at anchor and ‘underway’, satisfying even the most specific technical requirements. This agreement marks the beginning of a journey that is brimming with the potential of developing and integrating the various products of both brands.”
The new partnership gives CMC Marine access to a wider market by becoming the only company in the world able to offer both electrically actuated stabilisation systems and gyroscopes.
