Baglietto, only a few months after the presentation of the FAST50, has announced the sale of the first example of this very model with a fast displacement hull built using a light alloy. The FAST50 is a project by Francesco Paszkowski Design, who also designed the interiors in collaboration with Margherita Casprini.
The sale, commented Fabio Ermetto, Baglietto’s CCO, “is a tangible confirmation of the value that lies in a design that succeeds perfectly in combining high performance and timeless elegance, elements that have always been hallmarks of Baglietto’s style. Characteristics that confirm our shipyard’s leadership in the segment of highly customised aluminium performance boats“.
Characterised by the sleek lines that have always distinguished Baglietto yachts, the FAST50 also adds the distinctive elements of the brand’s new direction inaugurated with the T52 towards an unmistakeable family feel, which can be seen in the design of a stern on two levels, with a folding platform that creates a bathing area, and the close, continuous connection between interior and exterior spaces.
The FAST50 is spread over three decks with a large owner’s cabin and on the lower deck two VIP cabins, two twins in addition to the crew area with dinette, captain’s cabin and four cabins. Equipped with a 7-metre tender, the FAST50 is fitted with four MTU 2000M93L engines that allow for a top speed of 30 knots.
