At Apreamare, the construction of the new cabin version of the Gozzo, renamed 38, which will be launched in spring 2024, is in full swing. Among the new features is the swim platform, extended by 25 centimetres compared to the Gozzo 35, which brings the total length to 11.45 metres.
“The new Gozzo 38 Cabin, based on an intuition by Cataldo Aprea, responds to the growing desire of the modern owner to have greater protection and spacious interiors in order to be able to navigate comfortably all year round and in all weather conditions, even enjoying a multi-day cruise. In addition, this model is also designed to sail the seas of Northern Europe and the great American lakes, as well as the Mediterranean with a particular focus on Turkey, a historically key market for us“. This was the comment from Giovanni Aprea, Apreamare’s sales manager,
The Gozzo 38 Cabin, which is based on the 35, designed by Marco Casali and Umberto Tagliavini, offers large outdoor spaces with a sundeck in the bow, an L-shaped sofa in the cockpit for six people with a pull-out table, and wide side decks.
The fully glazed deckhouse ensures a 360° view and includes a wheelhouse, galley and L-shaped dinette. Below deck there are two cabins and a bathroom. In terms of engines, the new 38 Cabin is provided with either a pair of Volvo Penta D4-270 DPIs or D4-320 DPI sterndeckers, or with a Volvo Penta D4-320 shaftline.
