Riviera Genova’s catalogue is growing, and at the 64th Genoa International Boat Show the company will be presenting its new products in the “accessories” segment, alongside the historical production of plastic compasses that in 1976 Riviera Genova was the first in the world to put on the market.
Rivera Genova has in fact also been active for 40 years in the design and production of nautical accessories strictly in plastic, and today it can count on a catalogue full of multi-tested accessories that fully ensure the sturdiness and reliability required to withstand marine agents.
These include components for steering gears (steering grommets with rubber caps), fairlead tubes, flanges, disconnects with safety bolts and connectors for outboard engines of leading brands, priming pumps for fuel tanks, watertight plugs for bilges and inspection holes, snap hooks for dinghies, elastic supports and mooring springs.
All of Riviera Genova’s plastic products are designed and manufactured in-house through an in-house office with CAD stations for mould design directly with 3D models. For production, Riviera Genova is equipped with a moulding department featuring 24 numerically controlled presses from 35 to 300 tons, as well as a metrology lab.
