Raymarine will be joining the 63rd Genoa International Boat Show with its new Alpha Series displays and Smart Wind technology for high-performance sailing as well as updates to the LightHouse operating system on Axiom chartplotters.
The Alpha Series displays are high-visibility 7- and 9-inch tactical touchscreen instruments with a fully customisable control panel and graphical displays that help sailors make smarter navigation decisions. The Alpha Series is controlled and customised via touchscreen, or remotely from a Raymarine Axiom chartplotter.
The RSW Series wind sensors are the result of more than 40 years of Raymarine’s experience in navigation instruments and the result is a self-calibrating AHRS wind sensor that adapts to its surroundings to provide accurate wind data, including ultra-accurate true wind calculations.
Axiom with LightHouse 4.5 is the sailor’s chartplotter. Simply select Sailing Performance when starting LightHouse and Axiom transforms into a tactical sailing chartplotter with easy-to-use layline overlay tools, pre-loaded polar performance, full remote control and integration with Alpha Series instruments and RSW Series wind sensors.
