Nerea Yacht perfectly embodies the spirit and concept of yachting of its founder Dario Messina as it prepares to present its new flagship at the 63rd Genoa International Boat Show: the NY40, which combines the elegant lines developed by the shipyard in collaboration with Alessio Battistini and Davide Bernardin of the IdeaItalia studio with the performance of a hull designed by Zuccheri Yacht Design.
Measuring 12.18 meters in length overall and with a maximum beam of 4 meters, the new NY40 features an exceptional level of livability that allows it to accommodate up to 12 people.
Among the stand-out features of the new NY40: the entire deck is enhanced by the diagonal arrangement of teak, and the large aft sundeck with adjustable backrest under which is the tender garage.
The cockpit, in addition to the sundeck, includes two small tables with seating that make up the dining area served by a well-equipped galley unit located behind the helm station under the T-top.
The interiors of the NY40 include a forward cabin and a spacious dinette that can be converted into a sleeping area. In the second aft cabin, the two single beds can be converted into a single king-size bed.
The new Nerea Yacht NY40 is powered by two Yanmar 8LV370Z engines for a top speed of 38 knots and a cruising speed of 25 knots.
