64th Genoa International Boat Show – What’s New: Sciallino presents the S30′ Cabin combining tradition and modernity

9 September 2024

Sciallino continues its quest for modernity combined with a strong link to the Ligurian nautical tradition, with its S30′ Cabin, a classic, stable, powerful, and functional gozzo to be presented at the 64th Genoa International Boat Show.

With a length of 10.62 metres (the hull length is 9.05 metres and therefore falls within the under-10m category), the Sciallino S30′ Cabin combines craftsmanship with new solutions and the seaworthiness that has always distinguished the boats of the shipyard founded in 1960 by Mario Sciallino and since 2015 owned by the Moreno family with PierMichele and Ornella Moreno. In the cockpit, the L-shaped sofa and table located on the starboard side are well protected by the deckhouse wing.

In the transom, the passage to port leads to the platform and gangway. In the bow, a large sundeck is offered. The deckhouse features large windows that illuminate the living area with dinette, galley and wheelhouse to starboard. There are two cabins available, served by a bathroom: the V-shaped double forward and a twin amidships.

The interior fittings are made of Okumé marine plywood and as an option it is possible to have a wooden or eco-wooden coachroof. With two 200 hp inboards the Sciallino S30′ Cabin reaches a top speed of 26 knots.
