Her name is UNICA, a new project by ISA Yachts, a division of Palumbo Superyachts. UNICA is a 40-metre semi-displacement yacht with an aluminium hull and superstructure and a draught of just 2.20 metres.
Designed by Enrico Gobbi from TEAM for Design and the technical department under Palumbo Superyachts, UNICA promises to redefine standards of excellence in the sector through innovative functional solutions and the optimisation of more generous volumes than other models on the market.
Among UNICA’s key features, in addition to the considerable development of the external decks, are the presence of large windows and the absence of obstacles for an uninterrupted view of the outside environment from on board, and the aft area developed on three levels sloping towards the sea.
The almost 16-metre long fly deck is also a distinctive feature, while the inside of the bow area of the main deck is dedicated to the owner, also bathed in natural light thanks to the large windows, and which also includes an office and lounge.
On board UNICA, guests have at their disposal three VIPs and a double cabin, all located on the lower deck. The two 1432 kW MTUs will allow UNICA to reach a top speed of 20 knots and a cruising speed of 15. The range is 3300 miles at 14.5 knots.
