A total area of 4,200 square metres, of which 3,000 square metres for offices. This is the new surface area of the Ferretti Group Superyacht Yard in Ancona inaugurated today alongside local authorities and the Ferretti Group’s CEO Alberto Galassi.
In addition to an elegant reception area for clients, the new building will house the management offices, the design department, the technical office, the project manager’s office, and the project architect’s office. The new location will also be home to the purchasing, planning, control, logistics, production management and construction project engineer offices.

The new building complements the Ferretti Group Superyacht Yard in Ancona, which, on a total surface area of over 80,000 square metres and spread across nine halls, constructs recreational boating units and superyachts from 40 metres to 90 metres in length. From CRN’s super and mega yachts and the entire line-up of the Custom Line series, to Riva yachts over 50 metres and Pershing 140s are built at this location.
