Construction continues at the Wider Vision Hub in Fano on the first WiderCat 76, which stands out for its bold design, both in its exterior and interior, designed by Luca Dini Design & Architecture studio in collaboration with the Wider Centro Stile.
“The WiderCat 76 offers the appeal of a superyacht with the agility of a smaller unit, a perfect blend of sophisticated design, technology and craftsmanship,” commented Marcello Maggi, president of W-Fin Sarl. “We are so convinced of her market appeal that we are building the first unit out of speculation, and expect the yacht to be launched next year.”
Hull, deck and superstructure assembly is currently completed. The hull and deck have already been painted and finished, while the superstructure and hard top are currently in the pre-paint preparatory stage.
Work is going ahead on the installation of the unit’s various systems, the assembly of the two 456 kW FPT engines and the cutting-edge high security battery pack, managed by the advanced Power Management System that constantly monitors all relevant parameters
The fitting out of the guest quarters is also underway with four cabins in addition to the owner’s cabin on the main deck where the saloon and dining area are also located. The materials used are ivory lacquered panels and dark oak. The floors are herringbone parquet.
