Sacs Tecnorib, world leader in the Maxi-Rib segment and one of the main players in the Italian marine industry, has announced a strategic partnership with NUO, an investment holding company backed by leading international families.

As part of the agreement, which envisages the transfer of a minority stake by the current shareholders, Matteo Magni will continue to retain control of the company. The governance will continue with the involvement of the two founding partners Matteo Magni, who will also take over as CEO in addition to his current position as Chairman, and Giovanni De Bonis.
