“The most extreme and advanced 80HT ever“. This is how the company defines the seventh OTAM 80HT just sold by the Genoese shipyard, currently preparing to celebrate its 70th anniversary of its foundation. The new 80HT joins a 70HT soon to be delivered and the new 90GTS currently under construction
The new OTAM 80HT represents the meeting point of numerous innovations, as always, entirely tailor-made according to the requests of the owner, who came to the shipyard with a detailed list of his technical and aesthetic requirements.
“We are always ready to introduce engineering and design changes, but I can honestly say that this time we are talking about the most extreme and advanced 80HT ever,” stated Matteo Belardinelli, OTAM sales & communication manager.
Built entirely in Kevlar/carbon fibre, the seventh HT80 presents a hull designed by Umberto Tagliavini Marine Design & Services and twin 2600 hp MTU engines with Arneson transmissions, standing out for numerous technical and aesthetic innovations.
In particular, the side windows are larger than in previous units. The pillarless windscreen is also larger, while the hard top features a new sliding roof. The interior layout is still to be defined, while delivery of the seventh OTAM 80HT is scheduled for Summer 2025.
