The Sanlorenzo SL120Asymmetric will be at the 61st Genoa International Boat Show

25 August 2021

Measuring 36.92 metres in length, the third largest Superyacht to be showcased at this year’s 61st Genoa International Boat Show, the Sanlorenzo SL120Asymmetric is the flagship of the asymmetric line by Sanlorenzo, demonstrating the design’s unique approach to the concept of space aimed at providing the highest standards of liveability onboard.

The result of an idea first proposed by car-designer Chris Bangle, developed by the specialists and designers at the shipyard and defined by Bernardo Zuccon from the Zuccon International Project studio, the Sanlorenzo SL120Asymmetric applies an asymmetric configuration only to the living area on the main deck to port maintaining the side deck on the starboard side.

Among the model’s many other unique elements, the Sanlorenzo SL120Asymmetric also features 15 square metres of outdoor living area to bow which the owner can access from their own cabin and which can be equipped as a sundeck or with a Jacuzzi which would replace the sofa to bow of the deckhouse.

Keeping with open spaces, the design also features 45 square metres of beach club which, thanks to fold-out side terraces, offers a space that is also in direct contact with the sea. The Sanlorenzo SL120Asymmetric can house up to 10 guests and 6 crew members. Running on two 2400 Hp CATs or two 2637 Hp MTUs, this model can reach a top speed of 26 and 27 knots respectively.
