Quick Group, a world leader in the nautical equipment segment, has just acquired 100% of XENTA Systems S.r.l., a company that specialises in the development and production of integrated steering systems for yachts and superyachts.
The acquisition of XENTA Systems by Quick Group, participated by Fondo Italiano d’Investimento SGR, Armònia SGR and the Marzucco family, follows the previous acquisition of Sanguinetti by Quick Group in April of this year.
“This acquisition represents an excellent strategic opportunity, paving the way for increasingly innovative and efficient solutions dedicated to our client portfolio and to the entire yachting world as a whole,” commented Michele Marzucco, CEO of Quick. “By creating new commercial and production synergies, benefiting from XENTA’s position as a strategic technological hub, the Group will benefit from an increase in market strength throughout its current phase of expansion and consolidation, which aims to define what will become the ‘one-stop-shop’ for the international shipbuilding industry, able to offer a complete integrated system of services, while operating at the forefront of technology.”
