Full steam ahead to the 55th Boat Show


The 55th Boat Show was presented during a press conference in Genoa.

There were many news announced by the organisers of the largest Boat Show in the Med, which will open its doors on September 30^th to October 5^th.

The layout of the show, particularly appreciated by last year exhibitors, is confirmed. Visitors will be able to access private docks to board some boats and to take advantage of the docks reserved for sea trials. Improvements will be made to all the exhibition areas, from sailing boats to RIBs.
From this edition, the Boat Show is even more opening to the world of water sports and activities, dedicating areas and special activities to game fishing, surfing, diving, charter and tourism.

Finally, to emphasize the commitment to make the show more and more internationally attractive, there was a thrilling announcement that literally shocked the audience: the Volvo Ocean Race fleet will take part to the show. The adrenaline-fuelled boats and crews of the race will share with all fans their experience and will let the visitor touch directly the “war machines” that sailed around the world.
