Furuno, in partnership with German company Böning, specialised in on-board automation and monitoring, has created an integrated, dedicated bridge for a 73-metre megayacht. The onboard system, equipped with an ergonomic and modular console, features all the controls and instruments needed to steer the vessel.
The new Furuno dashboard is equipped with 7 Hatteland 27″ and 24″ wide screen monitors and includes the integrated bridge Böning helmpanel with two touch screen monitors and custom trackballs for managing navigation instruments and 18 devices including, among others, radar, GPS, sonar, AIS transponders, radios, satellites and internal communication systems by Furuno.
