Ewol to showcase new Andromeda propeller at the 60th Genoa International Boat Show

The Milan-based company specialised in fold-in propellers for sailing boats, Ewol, will be joining the 60th Genoa International Boat Show to showcase their latest creation. Its called the Ewol Andromeda and it will be presented as their fastest, lighest, most efficient and silent model yet. The new Ewol Andromeda provides a gain in speed from 0.5 to 1 knot and allows users to maintain the top cruising speed even in choppy waters. This is complemented by perfect manoeuvrability and a minimum turning effect which is combined with precision and maximum control over the boat, even in high winds and in areas with reduced space for manoeuvring. Fiart Mare, from its historical location in Baia, has just launched its latest creation: the new Fiart 43 Seawalker which reaffirms the successful concept for a Mediterranean boat already achieved with the previous Fiart 33 Seawalker. At 13.84 metres long and 3.99 metres wide, the new Fiart 43 Seawalker is a walkaround featuring a modular furnishing concept and provides two large cabins: a double to bow and one to stern equipped with single beds. The cabins are provided with a large bathroom with a separate shower area. The layout designed for the first example of the Fiart 43 Seawalker and her French owner features a large sundeck in the cockpit, a sofa and two tables. Full steam ahead – the 60th Genoa Boat Show is confirmed

The Genoa Boat Show will take place, as scheduled, from 1st to 6th October 2020. The decision was made during a decisive meeting held this afternoon in the Liguria Region headquarters, in which the President of the Liguria Region, the President of the Italian Marine Industry Association and the Mayor of Genoa unanimously declared their intention of going ahead with the Genoa Boat Show as planned. Just as unanimous was the view that the health and safety situation in Genoa and in Liguria as a whole is such that the event can take place in a safe and protected manner. The Italian Marine Industry Association reaffirmed how crucial an event like the Genoa Boat Show is for kickstarting an industry of such strategic importance to the national economy after the tremendous losses caused by the lockdown period. Even is such uncertain times following Covid-19, Jeanneau has continued its investment plan and has developed its brand new models for the 2021 season. Four models in particular stand out among the latest designs under the “motors” banner. First is the Cap Camarat 12.5 WA, designed by Michael Peters Design and Sarrazin Design , a large outboard day cruiser, featuring high performance and a ground-breaking approach to optimising spaces onboard.
