The shipyard Amer Yachts, Permare Group, won the Women Value Company Award, handed out by Intesa San Paolo in partnership with the Bellisario Foundation.
The “Women Value Company” Award, is reserved for small to medium businesses that stand out for their real and innovative strategies and policies in favour of inclusion, participation and promotion of women’s contributions within the company environment.
Among the motivations behind Amer Yachts deserving the award, listed as one of the top 10 companies in the North West of Italy, is: “entrepreneurship that is aware of its environment, of equal opportunities, that something gives back to its territory, all values that should never taken for granted and which fly in the face of purely profit-focused mentalities”.
