Nautor’s Swan will present their new Swan Shadow at the 61st Genoa International Boat Show, a walkaround that marks the Finnish shipyard with an Italian heart’s entry into the world of “powerboat”. A company first that follows a long list of sailing yachts (the first of which was the Swan 36, from 1967) that have become household names in the yachting industry.
Designed by Jarkko Jämsén and measuring 13.23 metres in length, the Swan Shadow, is five boats in one: a tender, a day cruiser, a chase boat, a fisherman but also a “limo-tender” thanks to the various configurations and spaces that allow for the highest degree of comfort along with easy and safe movement onboard.
Among the elements that make the Swan Shadow so versatile is the option to have telescopic roof pillars and glass panels that create a covered deckhouse, while the lifting system for the platform to stern broadens the available space in the cockpit and makes boarding from the sea much easier.
The interiors, inspired by the classic, timeless style that has always made Nautor’s Swan creations stand out, feature a double cabin to bow with an optional crew cabin. The Swan Shadow runs on three outboard motors that can be 250, 300 or 350 Hp.
