Organisation and Management Model

The Organisational and Management Model for crime prevention in accordance with Legislative Decree n. 231/2001 in reference to I Saloni Nautici Srl.

I Saloni Nautici Srl has approved and maintains its own Organization and Management Model for Crime Prevention aimed at outlining and regulating the framework of the organization and management measures adopted by the Company in order to prevent and prevent non ethical and tI Saloni Nautici Srl has approved and upholds its own Organisational and Management Model for Crime Prevention, aimed at defining and regulating a framework of organisational and management-related measures adopted by the Company in order to prevent unethical behaviour which may involve crimes referred to in Legislative Decree n. 231/2001 committed by subjects belonging to its organisational structure.

The Model adopted by I Saloni Nautici Srl pursuant to and for the effects of art. 5, 6, 7 of dlgs. 231/2001, as well as art. 30 dlgs. 81/2008, is structured on the identification of the organizational The Model adopted by I Saloni Nautici Srl, pursuant to and articles 5, 6 and 7 of Legislative Decree n. 231/2001, as well as art. 30 of Legislative Decree n. 81/2008, is structured around the identification of the organisational characteristics of the Company, defining the general principles that govern how it conducts its activities with regards to the prevention of crime, by describing company areas deemed sensitive and the respective crime prevention protocols put in place, in accordance with Risk Assessment. An integral part of the Model is the Code of Ethics upheld by I Saloni Nautici Srl, which can be read here.

The Model, inspired by the Fundamental Principles of Transparency, Fairness, Impartiality, Traceability and Segregation of activities, considers staff training and the dissemination of their Fundamental Principles to be of primary importance.

I Saloni Nautici Srl requires all those who in anyway collaborate with the Company to follow the rules contained in the Code of Ethics and the Fundamental Principles of the Model, as applicable.

I Saloni Nautici has appointed its own Supervisory Body pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 231/2001, identified in Mr Tommaso E. Romolotti.

Policy for the crime prevention

With the approval of the above Model, the Upper Management of I Saloni Nautici Srl has defined its Policy for Crime Prevention, achieved through the pursuit of the following objectives:

  • Compliance with the law as applicable to the Organisation, through the adoption at every level of behaviour that is in accordance with the code of ethics and which in any case refrains from violating any criminal law;
  • Refusal to lend itself to illicit requests by commercial counterparties, public officials or public service agents, or any third party;
  • Protection of I Saloni Nautici Srl’s intellectual property, including specific know-how and commercial secrets, maintaining and developing them in compliance with the applicable legislation and, in any case, without illegally appropriating information or other intellectual and industrial property for which third parties reserve a legitimate right;
  • Proper maintenance and use of computer systems and communication networks;
    Ensure an adequate level of information and staff training with regards to issues concerning business ethics and regulatory behavioural compliance;
  • Comply with regulatory provisions in all professional, administrative and tax-related activities;
    Respect the principles of transparency, fairness, impartiality, traceability and segregation of activities;
  • Comply with health and safety legislation in the workplace;
  • Comply with environmental management regulations;
  • Maintain high and effective levels of supervision on behalf of the Upper Management and the Supervisory Body, each within their own mandate, regarding the Company’s actual compliance with the Policy for Crime Prevention.
