On Friday 3rd May, the third unit of the new Mangusta 165 REV series, flagship of the Maxi Open line, was launched in Viareggio. The new Mangusta 165 REV is designed, for the exteriors, by the Lobanov studio and, for the interiors, by the M2 Atelier studio, which worked with the yard’s own technical offices and design team.
Among the stand-out features of the new Mangusta 165 REV are the cutting-edge beach club area aft, the large full-height glazed surfaces of the main deck saloon, which is equipped with two folding balconies, and the 92 square metre owner’s suite, a unique size for the under 499 GT segment.
The new Mangusta 165 REV is built in single and sandwich composite materials, in which the Overmarine Group boasts a great deal of experience, and reaches a top speed of 35 knots in absolute comfort thanks to the adoption of four 2,600 HP Rolls Royce engines coupled with Kongsberg Kamewa waterjets.
The sale of the new Mangusta 165 REV was handled directly by Nicolò Strocco, Sales Manager at Mangusta.
