The next step in evolution of the highly successful TT460, Invictus Yacht has presented the second flagship for Cantieri Aschenez, the holding company that owns the Invictus Yacht brand. The new model in question is the Invictus TT550, which takes her place beside the yard’s other flagship, the ST550.
“The Invictus TT550 is a creation born to satisfy the refined desires of owners who, having already admired the beauty of her younger sister, the TT460, had imagined, even before we had, that the same style and those same forms could be reimagined within the dimensions of a more substantial model. A boat that would allow room to give greater prominence to the distinctive features that define the range, amplifying the brand’s ability to optimise spaces and define a perfect harmony between new materials and colours, all dedicated to inspiring a truly unique sailing experience,” emphasised Rosario Alcaro, General Manager of Invictus Yacht.
At 16.87 metres long and 5.04 metres wide, the Invictus TT550, the new flagship of the TT range, continues to uphold the key features and innovations of the TT460, merging them within a reinterpretation of the exterior bow and stern spaces.
The sundeck, large garage and spacious living area which, thanks to the fold-down aft sofa backrest, creates a large sunpad, represent the innovative design applied to the aft external elements. While, under the carbon fibre hard-top, users will find the dinette, galley and bridge. The bow, on the other hand, contains the lounge area, which owners have the option to protect with an awning.
As for the interiors, Christian Grande has envisaged two cabins (one Master cabin and a VIP cabin, forward or amidships) and two bathrooms, or optionally a living area that can be replaced with a third cabin or a galley. Another possibility is the sailor’s cabin. The engine set-up for the Invictus TT550 includes two Volvo Penta IPS systems available up to the IPS950 version.
