The society works since 1988 in the constructions of the ships : in the begininng mostly for the the military dockyard of La Spezia, after also for other shipowners. The core business of the society are commercial and military ships, mostly for the Public Administration. For some years bigger shipyards of yachts commission to Siman Group the construction of the hulls ; instead , in 2022 Siman Group has delivered its first yacht, called Miss Candy. In the first months of 2025 the second yacht of Siman Group will be finisched.
