In 1890, our great-great grandfather Cataldo Aprea started making gozzos in Sorrento; these were solid and safe boats, built to guarantee proper reliability to the fishermen, even in the most difficult sailing conditions. Owning a Fratelli Aprea gozzo means possessing a timeless object, free from fashion trends and faithful to its roots. Just like it has been passed on to us from generation to generation, our boats feature unparalleled stability, thanks to a semi-displacement bottom that does not dance on the waves but goes through them instead, resulting in the ability to handle rough seas as well, with the utmost safety and stability. The care for details, the excellent finishes and precious wood embellish the extremely solid structure of the hull, made entirely in stratified material of reinforced fibreglass. Marine mahogany, teak, coverings in leather and precious fabrics that accompany you when sailing, for the right comfort. Luxury is always functional.
