Detra was founded in Genoa in 1992. Our goal has always been to combine engineering and production abilities in order to realize screw propulsion system projects. Our mission is to provide the shipyards with the thruster that is needed to conclude their job. We are on the same boat with the shipyard, in order to satisfy the ship owner. Detra studies, develops, produces and markets marine custom propellers through a reliable and competent technological process, aimed at providing complete customer satisfaction. From the first stages of planning right up to after - sales assistance, including the improvement and repair of existing propellers, Detra aims to work in harmony with its clients.
