Construction continues according to schedule at the OTAM shipyard, which in 2024 will celebrate its 70th anniversary and is currently busy building its new flagship: the OTAM 90 GTS by Giuseppe Bagnardi of BG Design Firm.
The construction of this new cruiser sees the use of a number of materials: Aramat, which combines fibreglass and Kevlar for the hull, and carbon fibre for the hard top. A choice dictated by the desire to best combine strength and weight.
“The OTAM 90 GTS is attracting a lot of interest because of its performance, the flexibility offered by our customised approach and the fact that it falls within the simplified regulations for vessels under 24 metres,” stated Matteo Belardinelli, OTAM’s sales & communication manager. “We firmly believe that true craftsmanship is the ultimate expression of luxury and a perfect synonym for the tradition and values that make Made in Italy production stand out, a brand of which we are proud ambassadors.”
The first example of the OTAM 90 GTS will be a semi-open version, and therefore with the possibility of entertaining a large number of guests, and the interiors include the owner’s cabin, a VIP and a guest cabin.
A living room, a bathroom and an office space complete the interior layout. Attentive to the needs of the individual owner, OTAM has also provided an HT version of the OTAM 90 GTS with a hard top and enclosed saloon on the main deck.
