Cantiere del Pardo certified as a “Great Place to Work”

The best working environment. Cantiere del Pardo, which brings together the Grand Soleil Yachts Pardo Yachts and VanDutch Yachts brands, is the first shipyard in Italy to obtain the “Great Place to Work” certification.

The award, assigned following the GPTW model, allows companies to fully comprehend the most effective and critical aspects in terms of Leadership, Communication, Management, Professional Development, Collaboration, Organisation, Compensation.

“We chose to rely on Great Place to Work,” explained Riccardo Mellina Gottardo, HR Business Partner, “to perform an objective assessment of our reality, with the aim of giving a voice to our employees, who were able to express their opinion in complete freedom”.

The “Great Place to Work” certification process was carried out by providing all employees, with an overall response of 78%, with an anonymous questionnaire that allowed the Great Place to Work certifying company to analyse the answers linked to five fundamental pillars: Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride and Cohesion.
