The second edition of Captains’ Experience was held at Besenzoni’s Sarnico headquarters. The event was the brainchild of Besenzoni’s CEO Giorgio Besenzoni and architect Filippo Rossi and was dedicated to captains who are members of the Italian Yacht Masters association.
Thirteen skippers took part in the Captains’ Experience 2024, which saw two days of in-depth discussions and note comparing aimed at improving life on board for owners and crews.
During the 2024 Captains’ Experience, Giorgio Besenzoni led the participants on a tour of the company, and illustrated the latest innovations dedicated to superyachts and the technologies behind the products; in particular the Unica range such as the Oceano series of gangway ladders.
“What we hope,” commented Giorgio Besenzoni, “is that this can become a regular event, to be experienced as an important and stimulating discussion on the yachting sector. Making the technology behind our products better known to those who will then have to use them, and getting their feedback, is certainly important when it comes to increasing customer satisfaction“.
