Antal, a leading company in the world of deck and sailing equipment, is kicking off 2024 with a new corporate structure and renewing part of its team, in particular in the technical development area with two new figures.
The new entries in the Antal team are Matteo Mottin, who as Deputy Managing Director will take care of the reorganisation of the entire technical area with some strategic projects related to the development of new applications, new technologies and the use of new materials, and Bernardo Zin.
Nautical Engineer Bernardo Zin, who was Project Manager in the construction of Alla Grande Pirelli, Ambrogio Beccaria’s Musa 40 winner of the Transat Jacques Vabre 2023, will take on the role of Technical Application Manager reinforcing the R&D department, with a focus on the world of regattas.
Mottin and Zin will be joined by Filippo Brazzolotto, back in the role of Technical Sales manager, Giulio Eusepi (Technical Sales manager), Giulia Gallon (Sales Manager) and Valentina Cagnin (Purchasing Manager).
As well as consolidating its position in the world of ocean racing (Antal has fully equipped Andrea Fornaro’s Influence 2, eighth at the Transat Jacques Vabre 2023), the launch of new Class 40 projects and the development of new products, 2024 will see Antal involved in a number of exceptional projects such as designer Dan Lenard’s Vela.Code: the restyling of the VOR 70 Telefonica Black, which will become an ambassador of ‘clean’ sailing, promoting a programme for the recovery of disused boats.
