A speed of 31.9 knots carrying 16 people onboard. This was the result achieved during the top speed test for the F100 #18, the first model to be launched after the Covis-19 lockdown by Amer Yachts, a strong sign of their return to normal.
The new F100 #18 features refined interiors that showcase the collaboration between the shipyard, the French studio Wilmotte & Associés Architectes (who also designed the Nice Côte d’Azur Allianz Stadium and the Ferrari Sports Management building in Maranello) and yacht designer Stefano Tini, who has been a part of the design phases for many Amer Yachts created by Permare and has a profound knowledge of the Shipyard. The outcome of this French-Italian partnership is a neoclassical style and vast open spaces adding to the typical functionality and unique practicality at sea of Amer Yachts models.
Particularly relevant in the Amer Yachts F100 #18 design is a general set-up that focuses specifically on guest comfort and the aim to achieve true silence. An aim that inspired research into insulation methods and technical sound-absorbing materials, allowing for the creation, with thanks to a partnership between the shipyard, Idroisol and Nord Compensati, of a soundproof semi-anechoic chamber. A patented solution that has been extended to the guest cabins as well.
The new F100 #18 by Amer Yachts will be showcased at the 60th Genoa International Boat Show, scheduled to take place from 1st to 6th October. Starting next season, the same model will be available on the charter market flying a French flag and registered with the French International Register, a viable alternative to the British MCA both in terms of new and used boats for commercial purposes with fiscal benefits and reduced taxes.
