64th Genoa International Boat Show – What’s New: Cranchi brings the new Sessantadue 62 to Genoa

28 August 2024

Cranchi Yachts’ new generation of flybridge models has just been expanded with the new Sessantadue 62, soon to be presented by Cranchi Yachts at the 64th Genoa International Boat Show.

Designed as always by Christian Grande, the new Sessantadue 62 (20.23 metres) joins the Settantotto 78 and the Sessantasette 67, maintaining the family feeling and adding distinctive stand-out features in the lines and décor choices.

A distinctive feature of the new Cranchi Sessantadue 62 is the vertical bow that underlines and accentuates the yacht’s naval allure.

Throughout the model’s large open-air spaces, from the stern cockpit directly connected to the saloon to the bow cockpit equipped with a long sofa facing forward and a large sunpad, to the fly deck with an L-shaped sofa to the left of the helm station, the Sessantadue 62 offers refined interiors in terms of both layout and materials.

In the full-beam master cabin, located amidships, the teak wood alternating with glossy lacquer gives life to a bright and welcoming space, repeated in the VIP cabin in the bow, benefitting from the greater volumes deriving from the vertical bow.

The interior is completed by a double cabin with a large hull window. Possible engine set-ups are: a pair of Volvo Penta IPS 1350s, or two 1000 hp or two 735 hp.
