Custom Line, the Ferretti Group‘s Superyacht Yard based in Ancona, has launched its third yacht of 2022, under the name Y. The model is a Custom Line 106′ (one of the models in the Yard’s Planante line), measuring 32.82 metres in length and 7.30 metres in width, entirely built in GRP.
The new Custom Line 106‘ was born from the key partnership between the Ferretti Group’s own Engineering Department and the Florence-based Francesco Paszkowski Design studio, responsible for both the exterior and interior design.
The interiors, bathing in the light provided by the model’s large windows, were developed by Custom Line Atelier, which used chocolate-coloured zebrano wood, combining it with marble and linen-coloured leather.
Among the aspects that make Y stand out are the 220 square meters of external surfaces for guests to enjoy, along with the availability of five double cabins. As for performance, powered by two MTU 16V 2000 M96Ls, the new Custom Line 106′ reaches a top speed of 26 knots with a cruising speed of 22 knots.
