Gianneschi Pumps and Blowers’ presence at this year’s edition of the America’s Cup in Auckland, in which Italian team Luna Rossa took part, was an all-round success. The company helmed by Alessandro Gianneschi, Vice President of the Equipment sector for the Italian Marine Industry Association, alongside his brother Cristiano, in partnership with the company’s New Zealand-based dealer General Marine Services, established two successful locations representing the brand to an international crowd, each capable of making the most of the strength and effectiveness of Gianneschi Pumps and Blowers’ participation in the Pacific Hub co-financed by the Tuscany Region.
Founded in 2019 with thanks to the support of the international tender Oceanis 2.1 and funded in part by the Tuscany Region, the Pacific Hub initiative aims to promote and enhance companies and their Made in Italy products across New Zealand’s market and, more generally speaking, throughout the Pacific, making the most of the challenge taking place in Auckland to decide the 36th edition of the America’s Cup.
Gianneschi Pumps and Blowers’ participation along with their New Zealand partner took the form of the establishment and management of a showroom and a meeting room which showcased the qualities and products of the Gianneschi brand. This initiative was an all-round success for clients, especially in terms of sales thanks to the installation of a well-supplied warehouse.
Gianneschi Pumps and Blowers’ initiative in Auckland is part of a broader investment plan which spans across the globe with a presence in New Zealand and in Fort Lauderdale, United States, but also locally in Italy where, at the Gianneschi Pumps and Blowers headquarters as explained by Alessandro and Cristiano Gianneschi, “a brand-new innovative testing area has been installed which allows for, among other things, the automatic digital reading of the performance levels of our products.”
