The Motor Boat Awards, assigned by the Motor Boat & Yachting magazine, were presented at Boot in Düsseldorf. Below are the models from Italian yards that received awards across the ten categories.
In the Best Flybridge up to 60ft category, the Absolute 52 Fly took the prize, in the Best Custom Yacht category, the Riva 82 Diva was awarded, with a special mention dedicated to the Otam 90, and the Innovation Award was given to the Azimut Seadeck 6. In the Flybridges over 60ft category, a special mention went to the Azimut Fly 72 while a special jury prize was handed to designer Bill Dickson.
During the Motor Boat Awards ceremony, those present joined the presenters in remembering Cavaliere Paolo Vitelli, founder of the Azimut|Benetti Group, who tragically passed away on 31st December.
