An occasion to get to know such an exceptional Group up close and select potential future trainees, Sanlorenzo’s Nautical Days saw the participation of 53 of the best students from 16 Italian universities, at the Sanlorenzo shipyards in La Spezia and Ameglia.
Sanlorenzo’s Nautical Days aim to offer the leading talents from Italian universities the opportunity to get to know and immerse themselves in the world of Sanlorenzo, which, as Pier Francesco Acquaviva, Group HR Director of Sanlorenzo, underlined, “continuously invests in growth paths to cultivate new talent and enhance its resources, which are the driving engine for the company’s innovation and lasting success.”
The Sanlorenzo’s Nautical Days are an exclusive event. Among the 150 applications received from 23 Italian universities, the 53 candidates who achieved the highest scores during the evaluation phase were chosen.
In the two meetings a series of in-depth discussions on the themes concerning yacht management and construction techniques were complemented by a business case study and the involvement and direct testimony of the Sanlorenzo People.
The Nautical Days are of extreme importance (4 to 6 editions of the Nautical Days are already scheduled for 2025) as the occasion will be the only channel through which Sanlorenzo will select undergraduates and graduates to be placed in the Group’s apprenticeships.
