Sanlorenzo has reshuffled its organisational structure following the two major acquisitions of Simpson Marine, a leading operator in the APAC region in yachting sales and services, and the Nautor Swan Group.
Tommaso Vincenzi, as Managing Director of Sanlorenzo S.p.A., will manage and coordinate business through two steering committees, the Yacht and Superyacht Business Units, which will each have the task of defining and implementing the main strategic lines and development activities of the two business areas.
In order to promote the continuous synergy between the Yacht and Superyacht segments, Sanlorenzo has also established a Sales Management area, entrusted to Vincenzo Soria, who has taken on the role of Sanlorenzo’s Chief Sales Officer.
Finally, a Corporate General Management area has been created and entrusted to Pier Francesco Acquaviva, who joined Sanlorenzo in 2022 as Group HR Director and in 2023 was also made Head of Sustainability.
As for the Business Units, new units have been added. The new organisational structure, reporting directly to Massimo Perotti, Chairman and CEO of the Sanlorenzo Group, is now as follows: Sanlorenzo, which groups together the Yacht and Superyacht areas, is entrusted to Tommaso Vincenzi; Bluegame remains in the hands of Carla Demaria; Giovanni Pomati remains at the helm of Nautor Swan; while the High End Service and Charter Fleet stays under the guidance of Luca Cristino.
