This is one of the possibilities offered by Sella Leasing, which at the 64th Genoa International Boat Show will be presenting its Nautical Leasing product that allows private individuals and companies to acquire sailing or motor yachts quickly and easily.
Starting from a minimum amount of € 75,000, Sella Leasing’s Nautical Leasing solution can have a variable duration, from a minimum of 48 to a maximum of 96 months. Payment is made through the payment of a fee that may be monthly, bimonthly, or quarterly.
An advance corresponding to a maximum of 40% of the total value of the boat is envisaged, while the rate may be fixed or variable and the final purchase option ranges from a minimum of 1% to a maximum of 10%.
