64th Genoa International Boat Show – Introducing the Maestro 88, Apreamare’s new flagship

5 September 2024

Apreamare goes up in size as it expands its collection of gulets with the Maestro 88, the Neapolitan shipyard’s new flagship. Launched last August, the new model will make its debut at the 64th Genoa International Boat Show. With an overall length of 27 metres and a build length of 23.95 metres (thus falling within the under-24 category), the Maestro 88 is entirely custom-built and features a semi-planing hull. Among the distinctive features of the Maestro 88, a craft designed for long cruises, are the large cockpit, the bow lounge area, the beach club, and, on the flybridge, in addition to large relaxation areas, a galley with wet-bar and solar panels. Most striking are the large windows that mark the hull and profile and flood the interiors with natural light. The first Maestro 88, built for an enthusiastic owner who has already owned other Apreamare yachts, has been designed to feature interiors organised with, on the main deck, an open space equipped with a conversation and dining area behind the bridge.

On the lower deck, the full beam master cabin with desk, wardrobe and large bathroom is amidships. For guests, a VIP cabin forward and two doubles. Aft of the owner’s cabin are the crew quarters and galley. Apreamare’s Maestro 88 can be powered by two Man MAN V12- 2000s and the same number of MAN V12 1650s. Top speed is 28 and 23 knots respectively.
