The first Pershing GTX80 was launched in Fano last 3rd April and will now be showcased to the world at the 64th Genoa International Boat Show, demonstrating the perfected flow between interiors and exteriors that is realised on this new yacht from the yard part of the Ferretti Group.
With a length of 23.98 metres and a beam of 5.80 metres, the Pershing GTX80, which flanks the GTX 116, is the result of the collaboration between the Ferretti Group Strategic Product Committee, chaired by Piero Ferrari, the Vallicelli Design studio, and the Group’s Engineering Department.
Inspired by the twofold concept sportiness and ample liveable spaces, both typical features of the GTX range, the Pershing GTX80 features two decks and a sport bridge and offers four double cabins.
An almost vertical prow, a continuous sheer-line that is slightly convex, folding stern decks that can be transformed into terraces and a stern platform that when brought up to the level of the beach area expands the space available, are just a few of the features that make the Pershing GTX80 stand out.
Another key aspect is the 23 square metre sundeck, which on the first Pershing GTX80 is sheltered by a hard top in carbon fabric. The engines consist of three Volvo Penta IPS1350s providing 1000 hp and ensure a top speed of 34 knots and a cruising speed of 28 knots.
