Significant volumes designed for maximum comfort all within a sleek hull define the new Dufour 44 that the French Shipyard will be presenting as a world premiere at the 64th Genoa International Boat Show.
Designed by Umberto Felci and with interiors by Ardizio Design, the Dufour 44 (13.90 metres in length) features a hull marked by sharp edges and large windows on the sides of a 4.45-metre wide hull.
Among the more stand-out features of the deck plan are the two steps leading from the swim platform to the cockpit. In the cockpit, the rigging is located well within the helmsman’s reach and there is ample space for guests, who will be well protected by the deckhouse that stretches out beyond the mast. The total sail area is 100 square metres.
There are four possible solutions for the interiors: from three cabins and one bathroom for eight berths, to three cabins and as many bathrooms, to four cabins four bathrooms with separate shower alternatives for a total of ten berths.
