Tyrolit, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of grinding, cutting, drilling and sanding tools, will be taking part in the 64th Genoa International Boat Show with its Tyrolit Power, the company’s sanding and grinding system designed for hulls, floors, superstructures, moulds made of materials such as fibreglass, carbon fibre and aluminium, and for surfaces with gelcoat finish.
The Tyrolit Power system combines technology and know-how honed to offer high-quality grinding solutions for uniform and time-saving sanding and grinding aimed at surfaces of all sizes.
The Tyrolit Power system includes tools (both handheld or robotic versions) of various sizes depending on the width and surface to be worked and, unlike conventional orbital sanders, whoever operates the tools makes no difference as the end result does not depend on the pressure applied. With Tyrolit Power, the pressure exerted by the tool on the surface is always uniform.
The system offers smooth surfaces, constant and repeatable performance, much shorter work times (four or five times faster than with a manual machine and up to 10 times faster than with a sander), reduced risks for operators thanks to low vibrations, minimal dust generation and posture-oriented ergonomic build.
