The Fjord 39 XL will enjoy a world premiere by legendary Norwegian brand Fjord as it makes its global debut at the 64th Genoa International Boat Show alongside the company’s dealer Mr. Blu Yacht & Ship. This premiere will be accompanied by a model that perfectly embodies the Fjord philosophy: the Fjord 41 XL, synonymous with luxury and innovation.
The new Fjord 39 XL, with a length of 11.97 metres and a maximum beam of 3.87 metres, is a walkaround option with decisively personal characteristics thanks to a design that combines elements of tradition and modernity. The large sundeck in the aft cockpit (under which the refrigerators are located) precedes the dining area that can accommodate 12 people. Then the galley behind the helm station, protected by a T-Top and equipped with three seats. At the bow is a second sundeck, the largest in its category, with a reclining backrest for maximum comfort. In the cabin there is a double bed and a bathroom.
Just like the Fjord 39 XL, the 12.81-metre long and 3.99-metre wide Fjord 41 XL also features a cockpit and walkways that can be in synthetic or natural teak. Here too, the deck layout is spread across key three zones. There are two sundecks, one at the front and one at the rear, and a living/dining area (with an equipped kitchen area) with seating for 12 people. The model also allows for a significantly high level of customisation. In fact, the Fjord 41 XL offers four different deck and below-deck layouts. It is also possible to choose from six configurations with one bathroom and two cabins.
The Fjord 39 XL is powered by Volvo Penta D4-320 or D6-440 engines, while the Fjord 41 XL can be equipped with Volvo Penta D6-340s or Volvo Penta D6-440s. Both models reach a maximum speed of approximately 40 knots.
