The Slovenian shipyard Greenline will be presenting two new models in its fleet of yachts with hybrid and electric propulsion at the 63rd Genoa International Boat Show: the Greenline 58 Fly and the Greenline 40.
The new Greenline 58 Fly (18.20 metres) is a luxurious and comfortable yacht that stands out for its flexible cockpit lounge layout that can be converted into a daybed. The interiors can be organised with two or three cabins for 4 or 6+2 beds. Of particular note is the large galley.
As far as engine set-up is concerned, the Greenline 58 Fly can have two diesel engines with power ratings from 618 to 1013 hp (top speed from 22 to 29 knots) or the HDrive hybrid technology with a pair of 725 hp diesels (26 knots) integrated with 2 electric motors of 2 kW for 5 knots in full electric mode. Finally, the EDrive electric technology, with fully electric propulsion with 2 x 100 kW motors for 12 knots maximum speed and 7 knots cruising.
The Greenline 40 (length 11.99 by 4.25 beam) combines a pleasant cockpit with a large open space inside with the galley overlooking the cockpit. The sleeping area on the lower deck has the master cabin forward with a king-size bed and a second cabin. Also for the Greenline 40, the engine options range from the traditional diesel to the HDrive hybrid to the exclusively electric EDrive.
