Bayamo, a shipyard established in 1978 and leader in custom aluminium-built Ribs, will be taking part in the 63rd Genoa International Boat Show with its new R 13.1 Performante, the result of a close partnership with Studio Akesdesign, which specialises in the design of aluminium and inflatable boats.
Built with a monolithic keel and a hull made entirely of marine aluminium alloy 5083, the new Bayamo R 13.1 Performante is robust but light and fast thanks to the aluminium hull that is 30% lighter than fibreglass. In addition, the aluminium is entirely recyclable.
The lighter weight of the Bayamo R 13.1 Performante also ensures lower fuel consumption (the motorisation can be customised and the shipyard has opted for three low-emission engines) while, alongside the research and advanced technological solutions, skilled craftsmen and a vast range of combinations of equipment, fabrics, colours, materials and furnishings make it possible to create an entirely unique and personalised Rib.
