FIM | Fabbrica Italiana Motoscafi completes its sporty range by presenting its latest world premiere at the 63rd Genoa International Boat Show: the new Regina 440, which joins the other models in the collection: the 470 and the 340.
Among the stand-out features of the new Regina 440 designed by Alessandro Lottici of the Design aLOT studio (exteriors) and Arianna Bianchi and Silvia Capelli of LDI Design (interiors) is the automotive-inspired hard top that protects the exterior spaces the closure or opening of which can be adjusted via a system of movable carbon fiber blades.
Also made from recycled carbon fiber sourced from the aeronautical sector (FMI is the first nautical company to employ this type of carbon fiber), are the superstructure cladding panels on the Regina 440, which among other special features has folding terraces in the cockpit that join the aft platform and retractable gangway.
Equipped with a large sundeck to bow and a mooring area that can be converted into a lounging area, and to stern with an equally large cockpit featuring a dining area, galley cabinet and well-protected bridge, the new Regina 440, offers a below deck a galley, a convertible dinette to bow, two bathrooms with a separate shower, and to stern a master cabin with surprising spaces for a boat of this size.
