The Fiart Academy, a training school named after Ruggiero di Luggo, kicked off its first term at Fiart’s Baia plant in the presence of CEO Giancarlo di Luggo, son of the company’s founder.
“Our sector offers an interesting array of employment opportunities and a stimulating work environment, which I am sure will open up new perspectives for many young people,” commented Marco Vertecchi, Managing Director of Fiart. “The aim of our Academy is to discover new talent, train the next generations and introduce them to the professional world, offering them the opportunity to study and prove their skills.”
The first courses of the Fiart Academy dedicated to internal training have already started. The first topics to be covered are safety in the boating sector and topics ranging between production processes, marketing and development.
The Fiart Academy, in its commitment to focus on the territory, has signed an agreement with the Campania Region within the framework of the “Workers’ Employability Guarantee” project envisaged by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) within the framework of active employment and training policies.
