Baglietto has launched the third DOM 133 by Stefano Vafiadis, bringing the number of launches since the beginning of 2023 to three. The new DOM 133 was sold thanks to the key partnership with Remì Carrier of Canada Yachts.
“To date there are no less than eight DOM 133s sold by the Baglietto shipyard,” commented Fabio Ermetto, Baglietto CCO. “The contemporary layout of this line never fails to include the major ‘features’ demanded by today’s market, such as a two-level beach area with an infinity pool and liftable bottom to increase the already generous size of the main deck cockpit, as well as panoramic windows that can be opened as terraces.”
“The intention of the project,” comments yacht designer Stefano Vafiadis, “has always been to create a strong sense of continuity between interiors and exteriors, enhancing the generous spaces on board. This can be seen in the layout of the salons and cabins which favours socialisation and openings towards the outside“.
Among the stand-out features of the new DOM 133 are the main salon featuring an external staircase that rises to the upper deck, created with steps placed between two sheets of glass, and the owner’s choice of materials (maple, Calacatta Oro marble and white onyx) which emphasise the sense of fluidity of the spaces.
The new DOM 133, powered by two Caterpillar C32s and capable of reaching a top speed of 17 knots, touched water in Carrara and was immediately transferred to the La Spezia shipyard for final outfitting in view of the scheduled delivery at the beginning of the summer.
